Рeculiarities of changes in central hemodynamics during graded tilt-test
Main Article Content
Abstract
Measurements of blood pressure, heart rate, ejection fraction, indicators of heart systole phases were carried out during gradual (15°, 30°, 45°, 60°) passive orthoprobe on 76 healthy young men aged 18-25 years. It was found that during passive gradual orthoprobe there was a significant increase in diastolic blood pressure to 15.72±0.92 mm Hg. at an angle of inclination of 60° and less amplitude decrease in systolic blood pressure (-6.71±1.30 mm Hg). Passive orthostasis led to a decrease in the duration of the RR interval and cardiac output indicators, which were restored after returning to the horizontal position. According to the analysis of the changes in the stress phase and cardiac output volume during passive orthostasis, the manifestation of the syndrome of hypodynamia of the myocardium was observed. There are individual differences in the reactivity of central hemodynamic indicators to a gradual passive orthoprobe.
